Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — all formulas are fragrance-free options tested on sensitive skin panels. Every product page lists the full ingredient list, and we always recommend a patch test for reactive skin.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days, delivered nationwide by trusted courier partners. Delivery is free on orders over ৳2,000.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, plus bKash for prepaid orders. More payment options are coming soon.
What is your return policy?
If a product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you within 7 days. Start a return from your account page or message us on WhatsApp.
Are your products cruelty free and vegan?
We never test on animals at any stage. Most of our range is vegan; the few products containing beeswax or honey are clearly labeled.
When will sold-out items restock?
Small-batch production means popular items occasionally sell out. Restocks usually land within 2–3 weeks — join the newsletter for restock alerts.
