1. Products & authenticity
All products are 100% genuine, imported directly from South Korea, Thailand, China and other source countries. Product images are for reference; packaging may vary slightly between batches. Please read the full ingredient list before use and patch-test new skincare products.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. We accept cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh and bKash for prepaid orders. We may cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or stock has run out — any amount paid will be fully refunded.
3. Delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh via our courier partners. Delivery is free on orders over ৳2,000; otherwise the courier charge is shown at checkout. Delays caused by couriers, weather or political events are outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.
4. Returns & refunds
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics unless the product is faulty. Refunds are issued to your bKash account or as store credit within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships by contacting us. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent activity.
7. Liability
Cosmetic products can cause reactions in rare cases. Always check ingredients and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
